Wedding ceremony - church or civil, is is something that you as a couple have to decide together. If you are both are religious or want to have a traditional wedding, registering your marriage in front of God will seem to be like the right choice. However, having a church wedding is a serious matter, as the promise you will make in front of God to your spouse, is the one you will be obliged to hold on to forever. It doesn't mean that choosing a civil ceremony is that you are not sure in your feelings for one another, or will not be together "till death do you part", it simply means that you have options in wedding venues: be it a beach, manor, garden, holiday destination or Las Vegas; and you can always renew your vows in front of God, when you feel you are ready to do it all over again.
Because 'there is no greater journey than love', here you will find everything you need to get you headed to a "happily ever after".

Wedding Fairy Tail
When planning your wedding, you have to decide on the THEME - it should portray the vibe that you and your fiance share as a couple. What will be your love story? Remember that the day of your wedding is going to be the begging of your life together as husband and wife. Here, you will portray your personalities - so let your imagination fly and make the fairy tail you always dreamed of come to life - it is your day and it does happen once in a lifetime!
Make sure that your theme is around the season you have your wedding date set on, and plan accordingly, this will save you both - time and money.
The Perfect Wedding Dress
If you are in a quest of finding a prefect WHITE dress - you are in luck! Start by taking a white color palate first (and not the dress) and try to match you skin tone with different shades of white (...ecru, ivory, cream, eggshell, latte ...), there should be at least one that will make your skin look radiant and healthy. Generally skin tones are either warm (has yellow, orange and red undertones) or cool (has blue and pink undertones).
The design of the dress should flatter your body, here you shouldn't experiment much, start by trying on the 5 classical designs (A-line, full skirt, column, empire line and mermaid dress - bellow from Vera Wang collection), you will know which one to go for in an instant, and than you can be creative - but stick to the basics and add some flair to the gown by the use of different luxurious fabric, the best suited for the occasion are smooth materials, such as: taffeta (crisp), silk (soft), satin (glossy), rayon (lustrous), chiffon (elegant), tulle (floating) and organza (silky).
Now, it is all down to your imagination, be it driven by fashion, traditions or family values. If you do not feel like spanding thousands of dollars on a lable, there are two way to go around it (1) order a copy of a designer dress - custom made from a specialised atelier or (2) get an exceptional quality fabric (you can get even couture at reasonable price) and keep the dress simple.
Creative Color Studio
COLOR in the wedding is essential, so it is important to get started here first, as it reflects the character and style of the bride and groom. The tip is, not to follow the trend, but to choose the color that symbolises your relationship as a couple and inspires you in everyday life - so, do not rush in, analyse and 'try it on' first.
White wedding is always classy, and adding a bit of a hue to it, will support its elegance; so it is important not to over do it, having splashes of different hues of color will lack sense of style, there should be a plot, a story, like in every master piece (remember there are over 100's blues, reds and yellows, and they do clash when put together, so stick to one hue, you can choose between different shades and intensity, but do not use more than 3. It is also always better to stick to a color palet that can be found in nature, in that way everything will be in harmony and your day will be perfect).
